At eSibha, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best fragrance experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the following policy:
 

Return and Exchange Guidelines

      1. Eligibility: We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      2. Condition of Product: The product must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining in the bottle.
      3. Processing Time: Return and exchange requests are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
      4. Delivery Charges:
        • Shipping costs for return/exchange are non-refundable.
        • Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for exchanged items.
        • If the return/exchange is due to a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
      5. Non-Refundable Items:
        • Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are not eligible for return or exchange.
        • Orders above Rs.10,000 are not refundable but can be exchanged for another product.
      6. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or the bank account provided by the customer in the case of COD, depending on customer preference.
